Carolina Platt. She was my cousin, and best friend; her father was my father’s older brother and they’ve moved to England when we were fourteen. Our sweet sixteen had been on the same day at a beach in LA. And it was beautiful; it was like a luau party and all of our closest friends were there.   
Carol and I had agreed that we would always e-mail or call each other in an emergency situation. And this was an emergency; after all nobody dazzled me so easily, I was the freak one that didn’t fall in love for the classmates or the football team guy, the one who wouldn’t make out Room On The Third Floor Pt4

Carlisle’s POV.   
 
I just sat there for hours looking at the dark forest ahead. I didn’t pay much attention to the time passing by; I just knew I had to be at the hospital by 9:00 to get through with Esme’s surgery, and then get away from her.     
And then a soft knock came from the door. I sighed but got up; I wouldn’t let any of my children waiting for me, neither would I send them away. When I unlocked the door Alice flew into the room, Edward came right behind her; he locked the door again as he passed.

I woke up before the sun was in the sky that morning. When I glanced to the watch on the small table beside my bed; it marked 5:48 am. Sweet. Even though I tried I couldn’t sleep. I just kept rolling over bed.   
So when it was 6:00 I decided to get up and take a long shower.  The water was really hot, which was so good even though the day was really hot too.   
After that I dressed up [beige shorts and flip-flops with a green tank top] and went down stairs to watch some TV. Since I had plenty time today I decided make some scrambled eggs for breakfast.  &nbs Room on The Third Floor Pt 3

Oh. My. God.   
My surgery would be tomorrow. They’d put something like a cast on my leg for sleeping, and then in the morning they’d fix my leg.   
I was absolutely positive my mom had freaked out: she was HTTING on Dr. Cullen in front of ME! Ok, ok I’m sure she didn’t notice what she was doing, but dude! I mean, she was married! And I felt sorry for the man; anyone but my mom could see that he didn’t feel very comfortable with her around. I didn’t feel comfortable with her around him!
